From about 36 impressions a month to 699,485 in 13.5 months, with 5,345 new followers.
I helped the founder and group CEO of a Berlin property developer turn decades of deal experience into LinkedIn content. Before we started he didn't post at all. In 13.5 months, 88 posts reached 699,485 impressions and his following grew from 934 to 6,279.

from ~36A silent profile in a loud market
He has done property deals in Berlin since 2005 and has strong views on why so few new homes get built. On LinkedIn he had 934 followers, no posting history and about 36 impressions a month. Politicians, journalists and fund managers were shaping the debate about his market without him.
What we set out to do.
Give the market an operator's view
Position him as the developer who says what's broken, backed by his own deals and real numbers.
Reach decision-makers
Build an audience of managing directors, founders and owners in his home region and the wider German property market.
Fit around a live business
Turn calls during his drives between sites into posts, so he never had to sit down and write.
Post about six times a month
Keep a pace he could hold for more than a year without losing his voice.
How I approached it.
Operator, not pundit
Every post came from his own deals and decisions. First person, numbers first, no generic market commentary.
Content calls from the car
We recorded calls on his commute. His direct way of speaking carried into the posts because I captured it live.
Lead with a number
Nine in ten of his top posts opened with a concrete figure. Abstract hooks did worse.
Name what's broken
Posts on red tape and housing policy gave the industry words for its own frustration. People shared them into their own networks.
The numbers.
Totals cover everything posted on the account during the 13.5 months. The before figures come from the months before we started.
Posts that moved the needle.
A housing project blocked for 15 years
His take on a large housing project held up for 15 years by environmental rules became his most-read post and the biggest debate of our time together.
Ten years lost on one plot
The story of one of his own projects, delayed for a decade by a protected species found on the site. It travelled far beyond the property world.
Half of all developers gone
A post on how many developers went insolvent or gave up after interest rates rose. It showed his company as one of the survivors.
The short version.
- Real numbers from real deals beat expert talk.
- Calling out what's broken got the industry to share his posts.
- The breakout came in month four. From February 2025, monthly impressions never dropped back to the early level.

The call takes one hour. We spend the first 30 minutes getting to know each other and checking if LinkedIn makes sense for you. Then we run a real content call. A few days later you get 3 posts written from what you said, plus a short video where I explain why each one works.
