Over 1.1 million impressions and €937,200 in new ARR at companies reached by his posts.
I helped the co-founder and CEO of an enterprise AI company turn his experience into regular LinkedIn content. He had plenty to say but no steady publishing rhythm. In about seven months his account passed 1.1 million impressions, his monthly reach grew 5x and his company tracked new ARR and open pipeline at businesses his posts reached.

+69%An experienced founder with more to say than company updates
He runs an enterprise AI company. Before that he held a director role at a global engineering group and helped build its innovation hub. Customer conversations and speaking gigs gave him lots of material. What was missing was a regular rhythm and a clear way to share his views in his own voice.
What we set out to do.
Be known for enterprise AI
Explain how businesses can use their internal knowledge and what he learned building AI products for them.
Reach potential buyers
Give enterprise decision-makers examples they can relate to their own teams and buying decisions.
Support sales conversations
Give prospects and partners context on the company before and between their conversations with the team.
How I approached it.
One clear point of view
His view is that companies need better ways to capture and use what their people know. I tied each story back to that idea.
Customer examples
Customer evaluations, rollouts and product decisions gave us concrete material. I used them to show what the product does and why a buyer might care.
Keep the founder in the story
His career move, family life and choices about running the company gave the posts a personal start. Every story still made a point about work or building the business.
A steady routine
I structured the ideas, wrote the posts in his voice and kept the output consistent. Product news and events went into the content plan.
The numbers.
Account figures from 11 March to 8 October 2026. Revenue and pipeline are company figures from its CRM for businesses reached by the posts. They show exposure, not proof that LinkedIn won the deal.
Posts that moved the needle.
What rising AI prices mean for budgets
A post on news about AI software costs at two big tech companies, explaining what usage-based pricing means for companies planning their AI spend. His best post of the period.
A family story with a business point
A post about travelling with his young family and how he organises work around it.
Why he left a safe career
A post about leaving an established corporate career to build his own company.
The short version.
- One recurring argument made dozens of different stories feel connected.
- Real customer work explained the product better than any announcement could.
- Personal stories opened the door. The business point kept people reading.

The call takes one hour. We spend the first 30 minutes getting to know each other and checking if LinkedIn makes sense for you. Then we run a real content call. A few days later you get 3 posts written from what you said, plus a short video where I explain why each one works.
